High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Joe Ingles (vs PHI – $6,300): Needs 26.2 fantasy points. Ingles had 29.9 fantasy points against the Blazers on Christmas. He’s been good during this stretch, putting up solid numbers in all categories. The Jazz will need his all-around ability on offense if they want to keep up with the Sixers on Thursday. If nothing else, Ingles should be a reliable option. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling, especially if hipshot finally starts to fall like it typically does.

Nemanja Bjelica (vs LAL – $5,500): Needs 22.9 fantasy points. Bjelica had 36.3 fantasy points against the Clippers on Wednesday. This is a great matchup for him with the injuries to the Lakers and they’ve struggled against small forwards all season. He does a bit of everything and has a high ceiling. He’s also reliable at this salary. He should produce a strong game on Thursday. Diagnosis: Reliable, good matchup, high ceiling.

Wilson Chandler (at UTA – $4,200): Needs 17.5 fantasy points. Chandler had 23.5 fantasy points against the Celtics on Christmas. He gets plenty of minutes and opportunities, but he’s also the fifth option on the team. He’s at a good salary to where he’s not going to hurt you too much. And he can do a big of everything in the Sixers offense. The matchup is tough, but minutes matter at a salary this low. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
