Josh Hart
SALT LAKE CITY, UT – APRIL 03: Josh Hart

High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Lou Williams (at LAL – $6,200): Needs 26.2 fantasy points. Williams has been over 38 fantasy points in three of his last four games. Even in limited minutes, he’s performing well. And now he gets a shorthanded Lakers squad on a back-to-back. Williams raises his level in these big games and the Lakers are a big game. Williams should get his points and assists in this one. They’ll need his tough scoring against a solid Lakers defense that could actually be better without LeBron. Diagnosis: High ceiling, but lack of minutes is a bit concerning given his salary.

Monte Morris (vs SA – $5,700): Needs 24.1 fantasy points. Morris continues to deliver at a consistent level. At this point, you figure he’s going to at least get you value. And his ceiling is higher given his typical minutes. The Nuggets are getting healthier and Morris’ stock could drop soon enough. But for now, he’s at a good spot. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Josh Hart (vs LAC – $3,700): Needs 15.7 fantasy points. With the injuries to the Lakers, Hart continues to get solid minutes and plenty of shots. He’s a guy who just finds a way to make an impact and in a matchup like this, you need guys like that. With the minutes he gets, he’s a fairly reliable option and has a good ceiling. Diagnosis: Reliable, good circumstances, and a good ceiling. The back-to-back is slightly concerning, but he won’t hurt you at this salary.
