High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Anthony Davis (vs HOU – $12,600): Needs 54.1 fantasy points. Davis had 85.4 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Friday. It’s a back-to-back, which is concerning, but you typically know what you’re getting from Davis. He’s going to be at least at value and there’s always a chance he breaks the system. He needs a big game every night and he can deliver a big game every night. You can always confidently build around him. Diagnosis: Very reliable and a very high ceiling.

John Collins (vs CLE – $8,200): Needs 35.2 fantasy points. Collins had 37 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Friday. And now he gets the Cavaliers. Collins has been a very reliable option this season. Minutes are never an issue and he gets plenty of points and rebounds while sometimes chipping in with defense. The Cavaliers feel like easy pickings on most nights. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

LaMarcus Aldridge (at LAC – $7,800): Needs 33.5 fantasy points. You never know what you’re going to get from Aldridge, but he typically plays well against the Clippers. And he had 45.9 fantasy points against the Nuggets on Friday, which is hopefully a good sign for his value moving forward. He’s been all over the place this season, but I’m going to trust the matchup. He averaging 1.26 FPPM against the Clippers in his last five games. Diagnosis: Inconsistent, but a proven matchup.
