High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,250

Russell Westbrook (vs DAL – $11,000): Needs 51 fantasy points. Westbrook had 41.75 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Sunday. Don’t expect that to happen against. He usually follows up terrible games with really strong games. And being at home, his game should pick up. He’s too good to be held to nine points. Diagnosis: His struggles are real this season, but trust him to bounce back with the Thunder back at home.

Kyrie Irving (at SA – $8,900): Needs 41.3 fantasy points. Kyrie continues his hot stretch for the Celtics. The only down game for him recently have mainly been blowouts. He’s playing fantastic, doing plenty with his scoring and passing to be over value. The Spurs have figured out a lot on the defense end, but there’s no reason to doubt Kyrie right now. He’s at a good salary given the production he’s been giving you. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a very high ceiling. Keep trusting him to deliver big.

Mike Conley (at HOU – $7,600): Needs 35.3 fantasy points. Conley was up to 49.25 fantasy points against the Celtics on Dec. 29. You sort of know what you’re getting from Conley. He plays a stable game and there’s always the potential for more because he is the best offensive player on an offensively challenged team. He does a bit of everything and if you’re looking for reliable production at an affordable price, Conley is a good option. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
