High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

Paul George (vs DAL – $9,400): Needs 43.5 fantasy points. As always, you know what you’re getting from George. He had 46.25 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Sunday and that’s without chipping in with an assist. He typically puts up numbers in all categories and his scoring is there better than just about anyone in the league not named James Harden right now. He’ll deliver once again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a very high ceiling.

Luka Doncic (at OKC – $8,100): Needs 37 fantasy points. Much like George, you sort of know what you’re getting with Luka. His ceiling might not be quite as high as George, and with the Mavericks being on the road this will be a tougher outing for them, but Luka has proven himself all season. I expect him to keep it up in this game. He’s not your ordinary rookie. Diagnosis: Typically reliable and a high ceiling. Road woes concern me a bit.

Robert Covington (at NO – $6,500): Needs 30 fantasy points. Covington was down to 27.5 fantasy points against the Heat on Sunday. Minutes are never an issue for him and the matchup if very good on Monday with the Pelicans defense. It is a back-to-back, but I rarely question the effort of Convington. Expect him to have a bounce back performance given the matchup. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
