Players costing $6,667 or under

Derrick White (vs BOS – $4,900): Needs 20.9 fantasy points. White has been over 30 fantasy points in his last two games. The Spurs guards always find a way to contribute in all categories. The matchup is a tough one, but he remains a good salary given his usual minutes and production. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

J.J. Barea (at OKC – $4,600): Needs 19.6 fantasy points. Barea had 23.2 fantasy points against the Thunder on Sunday. I continue to love this matchup for him and he deliver a solid outing on Sunday. He typically gets his points and assists against the Thunder bench unit. And if he’s going to get over 20 minutes, he’s an easy bet to at least hit value given his usual production. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Bryn Forbes (vs BOS – $4,400): Needs 18.8 fantasy points. And if you don’t like Derrick White, Forbes is a nice fallback. He too is reliable and he’s shown a high ceiling, although not as much lately compared to White. Much like White, the minutes are there for him and he just makes plays. They’ll need that in this matchup against the Celtics. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.
