High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Gary Harris (at SAC – $4,800): Needs 20.3 fantasy points. Harris is back in the lineup, but he’s on a minutes restriction at the moment. If he ends up playing big minutes in this game, he’ll probably explode in a big way. You can also look at Hernangomez but he’s not playing well right now. I don’t love Harris, but these low salary guys coming off injury always have that huge game when their minutes skyrocket up. Diagnosis: High risk, high reward.

Danuel House (at GS – $4,600): Needs 19.4 fantasy points. House has been over 24 fantasy points in his last three games. The minutes are there and he’s shooting very well. I’m not sure it will continue, but you may as well ride his hand while it’s hot. And he had a lot of success against the Warriors last season, averaging 36.4 fantasy points in two games against them. So maybe he just likes this matchup? Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Gerald Green (at GS – $3,700): Needs 15.6 fantasy points. Green was up to 25 fantasy points against the Grizzlies on Dec. 31. Shots are typically not an issue for him, but his value is barely tied to his scoring, which can be an issue. Sometimes he’ll chip in with rebounds, but he’s not reliable in that category. They’ll need his shooting in this one. Diagnosis: Inconsistent, but a good ceiling.
