High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

LaMarcus Aldridge (vs TOR – $9,000): Needs 38.6 fantasy points. Aldridge has been over 50 fantasy points in his last two games. He’s scoring hot right now, but this is a tough matchup and Aldridge can go cold at any moment. I’m going to trust that he’ll continue to stay hot, but there are always warning signs when it comes to Aldridge. Diagnosis: Inconsistent, but a very high ceiling and red hot right now.

Pascal Siakam (at SA – $7,000): Needs 30 fantasy points. Siakam was up to 40.5 fantasy points against the Jazz on Jan. 1. He’s been very reliable all season and has shown a high ceiling throughout. I’m rarely worried about Siakam and his salary has not climbed too high for my taste. I do like the matchup as I think his athleticism can really hurt the Spurs on the inside. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Draymond Green (vs HOU – $6,900): Needs 29.6 fantasy points. I don’t know what I’m getting out of Draymond at this point. He’s always been all over the map because of his inability to contribute high numbers in a single category. But that’s also what has allowed him to have a high ceiling. He’s usually up for these big matchups. Diagnosis: Inconsistent but a high ceiling.
