INDIANAPOLIS, IN – FEBRUARY 11: Emmanuel Mudiay /

High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Emmanuel Mudiay (at POR – $6,100): Needs 26.1 fantasy points. Mudiay has been fairly reliable in the recent weeks. Minutes and chances are not an issue for him, which is a good thing. The Blazers are a good matchup as their defense hasn’t been great in DFS this season. I never quite know what to think of Mudiay, but I’m going to trust him in this matchup due to his role and skills. Diagnosis: Reliable.

Derrick White (at DET – $5,800): Needs 24.8 fantasy points. You pretty much know what you’re going to get from White and his salary has dropped despite him still playing at a high level. The Pistons are a great matchup because the Pistons are not a good team. White continues to do a bit of everything and he should play a big role in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

D.J. Augustin (at SAC – $5,000): Needs 21.4 fantasy points. Augustin has been a reliable option in recent games and he’s flashed a high ceiling. Longtime readers will know that I love playing Kings and against the Kings in DFS. Their pace just lends itself to high scoring matchups. Augustin doesn’t lack for minutes or chances. He will get well-rounded numbers in this one and if his scoring ticks up, he’ll have a big game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
