High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,667

Giannis Antetokounmpo (vs UTA – $12,100): Needs 51 fantasy points. Giannis had 67.6 fantasy points against the Raptors on Jan. 5. You typically know what you’re going to get from Giannis. He’s more reliable than Harden on most nights, especially in these games where he’s going to play big minutes. Unless this turns into a blowout, you can take Giannis with supreme confidence. Diagnosis: It’s Giannis. You can always build around him without question.

Brandon Ingram (at DAL – $6,900): Needs 29.1 fantasy points. Ingram should be better. But he’s not. And I don’t know what to make of him in this game. The minutes and opportunities will continue to be there for him, but he’s just not producing like you would hope. And the Mavericks are good at home. Plus, the Lakers are on a back-to-back. Just too many red flags surrounding Ingram. Diagnosis: Good ceiling, but wildly inconsistent and maybe not good?

Kyle Anderson (at NO – $6,600): Needs 27.8 fantasy points. Anderson has been steady in recent games. His salary has jumped, which makes him tougher to fit into your lineup, but he’s been producing. He had 56.2 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Dec. 7. He does a little bit of everything and he should do enough in this game to at least get you value. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable, good matchup, and a good ceiling.
