Players costing $6,250 or under

Andrew Wiggins (at OKC – $6,000): Needs 27.3 fantasy points. Wiggins had 39.75 fantasy points against the Lakers on Jan. 6. It’s Andrew Wiggins and you don’t know what you’re getting from him on most nights. But he typically plays well against the Thunder. He had 44 fantasy points against them on Dec. 23. And with the “fired coach” theory, Wiggins may get a pretty big boost in this one. Diagnosis: Proven matchup and a high ceiling. But he’s Andrew Wiggins.

Bojan Bogdanovic (at CLE – $5,700): Needs 25.9 fantasy points. Bojan was up to 41.75 fantasy points against the Raptors on Jan. 6. He’s always a reliable option and does a bit of everything. If CoJo and DC are out for the Pacers, he’ll have to do more in this matchup. Even in a blowout, his salary is good enough to where he should at least get you value. And if the Cavaliers can keep it competitive, that’ll be even better for his value. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling if Cleveland shows up.

TJ McConnell (vs WAS – $4,300): Needs 19.8 fantasy points. You typically know what you’re getting from McConnell, even at the slightly higher salary. He gets plenty of minutes, does a bit of everything and is typically good for at least value. The Wizards looked better against the Thunder, but I’m not buying into them and you shouldn’t either. McConnell will do his usual thing in this game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent game.
