High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Kevin Durant (vs NY – $10,100): Needs 46.1 fantasy points. Durant had 53.75 fantasy points against the Kings on Jan. 5. And he had 60.75 fantasy points against the Knicks on Oct. 26. The Knicks are on a back-to-back, which means this one could get ugly. There’s a chance the Warriors just let Durant be himself in order to satisfy his ego against this matchup. He should be reliable, even in a blowout. Kawhi Leonard is facing a similar problem. Diagnosis: Reliable. If the Knicks show up, Durant will have a big game.

Domantas Sabonis (at CLE – $7,400): Needs 34.5 fantasy points. Sabonis had 39.25 fantasy points against the Raptors on Jan. 6. He drew the start with Turner out. If Turner doesn’t play again, his minutes should be up once again. This one could turn into a blowout because it’s a very good team against the Cavaliers. That’s really the only concern in this one. Sabonis will deliver, even in limited minutes. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling if the Cavaliers show up.

Pascal Siakam (vs ATL – $6,700): Needs 31.3 fantasy points. Siakam had 30.5 fantasy points against the Pacers on Jan. 6. With the Raptors getting healthy, Siakam will get fewer opportunities, but he’ll also have less attention on him. More than anything, it’s the Hawks. He should have no issue posting a reliable outing in this one, even if the Raptors are healthy. Diagnosis: The same as Sabonis and Durant.
