High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Andrew Wiggins (at OKC – $6,500): Needs 27.5 fantasy points. Wiggins was up to 38 fantasy points against the Lakers on Jan. 6. Granted, it was the Lakers. And the Thunder offer a much tougher defense. But for some reason Wiggins loves this matchup. He had 40.7 fantasy points against them on Dec. 23 and is averaging 35 fantasy points against OKC in his last five games. I don’t know what it is, but he just loves going up against the Thunder. Diagnosis: I know, it’s Andrew Wiggins. But the matchup is proven.

Bogdan Bogdanovic (at PHO – $6,500): Needs 27.5 fantasy points. As always, you typically know what you’re getting with Bogdan. He does a bit of everything, minutes are not an issue, and I just love him on this team. He shows no signs of slowing down and while his salary remains close to the line, he continues to deliver. And it’s the Suns. Eve though it’s a back-to-back for the Kings, this is still the Suns. Bogdan will continue to deliver. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Dwyane Wade (vs DEN – $5,300): Needs 22.4 fantasy points. Wade continues to provide reliable numbers for the Heat. I don’t have many concerns with Wade. He plays a steady game and chips in in all categories. The Nuggets are a tough matchup, but them being on a back-to-back should work to his benefit. And it’s going to be Wade’s final game in Denver. Remember, he was fond of them a few seasons ago during his free agency. He’ll probably want to put on a show. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
