Players costing $6,667 or under

Jeremy Lamb (at SAC – $5,800): Needs 24.6 fantasy points. Lamb had 23.5 fantasy points against the Blazers on Friday. Not great numbers and he’s been a bit down in recent games, but I like this matchup against the Kings. This is mainly a gut feeling pick as I just have a good feeling about Lamb, like his game and really like this matchup. Diagnosis: A risk, but a good matchup and ceiling.

Terrence Ross (vs BOS – $5,000): Needs 21.2 fantasy points. Ross’ game has been fairly reliable during the last week or so. His minutes are a bit all over the place, but the scoring continues to be there. I don’t know what to make of the Celtics this season, especially after the Miami game. The Magic aren’t good, but the Celtics have a weird energy. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

Torrey Craig (at PHO – $4,300): Needs 18.2 fantasy points. Craig had 29.8 fantasy points against the Clippers on Jan. 10. He had just 16.6 fantasy points against the Suns on Dec. 29, which is slightly concerning, but the minutes are typically there and he has proven that he can contribute in all categories. Plus, it’s the Suns. Trust that he’ll deliver. Diagnosis: Reliable at this salary and a decent ceiling.
