High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,667

Paul George (vs SA – $9,700): Needs 41 fantasy points. George had 48.1 fantasy points against in the double OT game. His scoring and rebounding have been there, but Westbrook is getting all the assists right now. Still, you can count on George with his scoring, rebounding and defense. He’s been reliable the entire season and will keep it up in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

TJ Warren (vs DEN – $6,800): Needs 28.8 fantasy points. Warren has been down in the last couple of games and I still worry about him because so much of his value is tied to his scoring. The scoring opportunities are there, but he just needs to make the shots. The matchup isn’t great as the Nuggets defense is strong. However, he did have 45.1 fantasy points against the Nuggets on Dec. 29. Diagnosis: High ceiling, but you have to trust that he’s going to get buckets.

Joe Ingles (vs CHI – $6,100): Needs 25.8 fantasy points. Ingles continues to play well without Rubio. He does a bit of everything and he gets the poor Bulls on Saturday. Expect him to continue this role. He’s on this list due to a lack of options, so he’s even at a good salary compared to your typical high salary small forward. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
