High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Jerami Grant (vs SA – $5,400): Needs 23.4 fantasy points. Grant had 46.9 fantasy points in the double OT game. Again, he probably won’t hit those numbers in this game. But maybe he will if the Thunder enter the game with no centers. Someone has to put up numbers in their frontcourt and Grant is obviously the best option. Diagnosis: Reliable and a very high ceiling if Adams and Noel are out.

Marvin Bagley III (vs CHA – $5,300): Needs 23 fantasy points. Bagley is back in the lineup and coming off the bench, but his minutes aren’t there just yet. However, he did have 23.9 fantasy points against the Pistons on Jan. 10. And he’s going to get big minutes at a low salary at some point. The matchup is good and he’ll hit big in the next week or so. Diagnosis: A risk because minutes aren’t there yet. But a very calculated risk.

Josh Jackson (vs DEN – $5,100): Needs 22.1 fantasy points. Jackson has been over 30 fantasy points in his last three games. With Booker out of the lineup he sees more opportunities and now he’s in the starting lineup. He’s been good more often than not as a starter, so I’ll trust him in this one. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable and a good ceiling.
