Jacksonville Jaguars

The other teams on this list have uncertainty if they are going to address the quarterback position in the draft. For the first time on this list, there is a team that definitely will be addressing the position.

After a 2017 season that saw them a game from the Super Bowl, the Jacksonville Jaguars regressed in a major way. Most of the blame can fall on their sputtering offense and terrible quarterback play.

Jacksonville owns the seventh pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. Last year, like the Giants, they passed on quarterbacks, though only Lamar Jackson would have been available. Could the Jaguars look at Murray as a lucky make up for passing on Jackson?

Murray would be a great piece in the Jaguars offense. With a strong offensive line in front of him, he would be able to ease into the NFL offense. That strong line would also pave way for him and former top-five pick Leonard Fournette to work some magic.

Blake Bortles was one of the best running quarterbacks in his time in Jacksonville. Someone with Murray’s skill set would look like Michael Vick.

Jacksonville would make the most sense, and also give in to the fact that Murray will likely be evaluated as the second-best quarterback behind Dwayne Haskins. The Jaguars would love it if he was their consolation prize.
