High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Anthony Davis (at LAC – $12,700): Needs 55.1 fantasy points. Davis was down to 49.8 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Jan. 12. It was a rough outing but we know he’s capable of more. And you should expect more from him in this matchup. He’s averaging 66.4 fantasy points in two games against the Clippers this season. Expect a bounce back performance from him in this one because he’s Anthony Davis. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a very high ceiling.

Blake Griffin (at UTA – $10,100): Needs 43.8 fantasy points. Griffin was up to 69.1 fantasy points against the Clippers on Jan. 12. Not too surprising given the revenge game factors. Outside of a dude against the Lakers, he’s been strong for the Pistons over the last couple of weeks. It’s a tough matchup and if you want to save some money, Tobias Harris plays a very reliable game at a much cheaper cost. But Griffin’s ceiling is higher and he should come into this game with a lot of confidence. Diagnosis: A tad inconsistent but a very high ceiling.

LaMarcus Aldridge (vs CHA – $8,600): Needs 37.3 fantasy points. Aldridge was down to 35.3 fantasy points against the Thunder in the rematch. He was never going to have 79 fantasy points again so don’t be too concerned. The match is a great one for him on Monday as the Hornets can’t stop anyone, especially opposing frontcourt players. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling. Love this game for him.
