18. Larry Fitzgerald

It’s unclear of Fitzgerald wants to keep playing in 2019, at age 36 by the time Week 1 comes,  but as of around Christmas he hadn’t ruled it out. A return to the Cardinals is possible, and the team is of course open to it, but he would surely like a chance to win a Super Bowl before his career is over.

Fitzgerald showed he still has a little something left in 2018, with 69 receptions for 734 yards and six touchdowns with little else around him on a consistent basis and either Sam Bradford or rookie Josh Rosen under center. He’s now third all-time in catches (1,303) and second all-time in receiving yards (16,279), with second place all-time in receptions (Tony Gonzalez-1,325 catches) well within reach. As much as individual numbers seem to matter to someone of his general demeanor, Fitzgerald is surely aware of his standing on the all-time catch list.

A veteran quarterback and Fitzgerald has worked as a prolific pair before, so teams that fit that bill and see the future Hall of Famer as a missing piece should have interest. Assuming an announcement he will play sometime soon ahead of hitting free agency, Fitzgerald should not lack for offers.
