24. C.J. Mosley

Mosley has earned four Pro Bowl selections in his first five NFL seasons, with over 100 total tackles in a season four times as well. Even with some struggles in coverage he is essentially an every-down player (84.5 percent of Baltimore’s defensive snaps during the regular season, with one missed game), as he has nine career interceptions with at least seven pass breakups in each of the four seasons prior to this past one. Pro Football Focus had Mosley No. 28 among linebackers for the 2018 campaign.

The Ravens may lose some key veterans on the defensive side of the ball this offseason, which stands to make re-signing Mosley something of a priority. Some extra cap relief will inevitably come when quarterback Joe Flacco is traded or released, which will help in any effort to resign Mosley or add any other reinforcements.

Mosley would fit fine playing inside in a 4-3 or a 3-4 defensive scheme, which expands the list of possible suitors for him in free agency. If the Ravens don’t use the franchise tag on him, a nice multi-year deal elsewhere won’t be hard to find.
