23. Terrell Suggs

“T-Sizzle” is not on the level he once was, but he’s coming off seven sacks during his age-36 season in 2018 while playing the fourth-most snaps on the Ravens’ defense to boot (744). Now he’ll be a free agent, and as much as he has a say in the matter he wants to return to Baltimore for his 17th NFL season.

"I’m healthy. I feel like I’ve still got some juice in the tank. I would love to be a Raven for life."

But if the Ravens don’t want Suggs back, he’s clearly open to playing for someone else next season.

"It’s up to them,” “I mean, we’ll have to see what happens. It’s a long time between here and March, so we’re just going to enjoy it, hope we can work it out. But if not, I’m going to be lining up for somebody next year."

Suggs’ age will keep him getting a big contract in free agency, as continuing his career is becoming a year-to-year thing. But he is still a very effective pass rusher coming off the edge, and that skill will have inherent value in a passing game-tilted NFL until further notice.
