22. Ndamukong Suh

Suh had a good 2018 campaign for the Los Angeles Rams, with 4.5 sacks, 19 quarterback hits, four pass breakups, two fumble recoveries and 60 total tackles while grading out in the upper tier of interior defenders (via Pro Football Focus). That’s enough to put him in line for a nice multi-year deal this offseason, as he re-enters fee agency, and there’s a case to be made that the Rams’ generally middle-of-the-road defense would be the same with or without him.

The Rams sit in the middle of the league in 2019 cap space right now ($36.48 million, via Over The Cap). So they will have to make some decisions on their own looming free agents while addressing need areas, and it’s easy to see a 32-year old Suh falling by the wayside if his asking price winds up being too high for their taste.

Suh’s history of bad on-field incidents is getting further behind him. What’s left is a durable (seven straight seasons playing all 16 games), productive, scheme-versatile interior defensive lineman who rarely comes off the field (87.9 percent of Los Angeles’ defensive snaps during the regular season, via Football Outsiders). There will be multiple teams ready to make a lucrative offer to Suh.
