High Value PG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Malcolm Brogdon (vs MIA – $5,700): Needs 26.5 fantasy points. You know what you’re getting from Brogdon. He’s going to get you value at the very least and he has a high ceiling. He’s been great for the Bucks this season and I see no reason not to continue to trust him given his current level of play. The Heat do make things a slog which is about the only concern. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Dennis Schroder (at ATL – $5,400): Needs 25.1 fantasy points. Schroder was up to 37.25 fantasy points against the Spurs on Jan. 12. He hadn’t been good prior to the game so the hope is that the Spurs game gets him going. He should have plenty of motivation as he heads back to Atlanta. He had 31.25 fantasy points in 23 minutes against the Hawks on Nov. 30. Diagnosis: It’s a hometown revenge game and Schroder seems to have his confidence back.

Malik Beasley (vs GS – $4,800): Needs 22.3 fantasy points. The Nuggets are getting healthy, but their guards are still on restrictions. And this probably isn’t the game you want them playing too many minutes in if they aren’t ready. So Beasley should continue to get bit minutes. And at this salary, he’s a reliable option. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
