High Value SG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Malcolm Brogdon (vs MIA – $6,200): Needs 26.7 fantasy points. As always, you know what you’re getting with Brogdon. He’s been over 30 fantasy points in five straight games. He plays a reliable game and he’s shown a high ceiling all season. He does a bit of everything and even though I don’t totally love this matchup, I have full confidence in Brogdon. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Dennis Schroder (at ATL – $5,300): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. Schroder had 41.2 fanatsy points against the Spurs on Jan. 12. He had been nearly invisible prior to that game so the hope is that he’s found himself a bit coming into this game. And now he gets his former team. He had 30.6 fantasy points in 23 minutes against the Hawks on Nov. 30. He’s going to look to show out once again. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling and a revenge game as he returns to Atlanta.

Malik Beasley (vs GS – $4,700): Needs 20.2 fantasy points. Beasley has been solid for the Nuggets since starting for them. The Nuggets are getting healthy, but they also have guys on a minutes limit. There’s no limit for Beasley and I like his game overall. It’s a tough matchup, but I’m going to trust that he does enough to at least hit value. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
