High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

Gulliermo Hernangomez (at IND – $4,400): Needs 20.9 fantasy points. Hernangomez had 24.25 fantasy points against the Suns on Saturday. He typically gets enough minutes to produce and he’s good for rebounds. Maybe his minutes are up a bit in this one given the Pacers frontcourt. He’s shown a high ceiling as well and is a low-end double-double threat. He played well against the Pacers last season as well, averaging 27.8 fantasy points in three games. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Quincy Acy (at MIN – $3,000): Needs 14 fantasy points. This is all about the circumstances. If Holmes and Ayton aren’t able to play, Any is about the only frontcourt option they have left. Is he a good option? Not really. But he could benefit from the circumstances. And at this price he’s not going to hurt you. Diagnosis: Good circumstances could lead to a big game.

Bismack Biyombo (at IND – $3,800): Needs 18.1 fantasy points. Biyombo had 42.75 fantasy points against the Suns on Sunday. It’s a back-to-back for both teams so strange things will happen. But I like Biyombo’s game because he will continue to start and play solid minutes. He’s at a very good salary and while he may not get 40-plus fantasy points again, he will get you at least value. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
