Players costing over $6,250

Devin Booker (at MIN – $8,300): Needs 38.6 fantasy points. Booker had 52 fantasy points against the Hornets on Saturday. If the Suns have no frontcourt presence then Booker will have to do even more in this game. He’s a high ceiling guy and even though it’s a back-to-back, Booker is a great offensive player and he’ll get his points and assists in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Andrew Wiggins (vs PHO – $6,600): Needs 30.2 fantasy points. Wiggins has been under value in three straight and his salary has jumped, likely due to the matchup. The Suns are always a good team to stack against but I just don’t trust Wiggins for anything. He’s way too inconsistent and this feels like a game where Rose and Towns do all of the damage while Wiggins just sort of chips in when he can. Diagnosis: Good ceiling but that’s pretty much the story of Wiggins.

Derrick Rose (vs PHO – $6,400): Needs 29.8 fantasy points. He’s a guy I like much more than Wiggins. He’s at a lower salary and has proven to be much more reliable. His ceiling is just as good as well. I’m expecting a strong outing by Rose given his scoring and passing ability. He should have no problem getting his numbers in this game given how bad the Suns are. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
