High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Karl-Anthony Towns (vs PHO – $10,300): Needs 45.8 fantasy points. Foul trouble limited Towns against the Spurs. I’m going to assume that he can keep his hands to himself in this game. And if the Suns don’t have Ayton or Holmes, he should feast on whoever they throw at him. There’s a blowout risk with this game but Towns should get busy even in a blowout. I love him on Sunday and fully expect a big outing from him. Diagnosis: He’ll come up with a big game.

Deandre Ayton (at MIN – $7,600): Needs 33.8 fantasy points. There is no guarantee that Ayton will play. In fact, I’m not really sure he will. But I’ll mention him just in case he does play and because it’s such a slow night that there isn’t much else to say. Even if he plays, I would expect the Suns to be cautious with him and not give him a heavy workload. Just way too many red flags in this game even if he does end up suiting up. Diagnosis: A risk if he plays. But did play well against the Timberwolves earlier this season.

Myles Turner (vs CHA – $7,400): Needs 32.9 fantasy points. Turner had 26.6 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Saturday. His minutes were down in the blowout so that’s the reason for his numbers being slightly down. They should be back up in this one as the Hornets will make things more competitive than the Suns did. And Turner has been a reliable option for the Pacers this season. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
