Players costing over $6,667

Kemba Walker (at IND – $9,300): Needs 39.7 fantasy points. Kemba had 39.1 fantasy points against the Suns on Saturday. The matchup is tough on Sunday with the Pacers defense but Kemba has played a reliable game over the past week or so for the Hornets. And he’s still the top option on the team. I’m going to trust him to get his scoring and assist numbers in this one. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.

Derrick Rose (vs PHO – $6,500): Needs 27.8 fantasy points. Rose and Teague are both under the salary line but it’s a rough night in the world of DFS. I love Rose in this matchup. First, he’s been very good this season. Second, he’s playing the Suns. Third, he’s playing the Suns on a back-to-back. Everything is coming up huge for Rose and I expect a big scoring and passing night out of him. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Jeff Teague (vs PHO – $6,300): Needs 26.9 fantasy points. Teague hasn’t been great for the Timberwolves lately, thanks largely due to Derrick Rose being in MVP form once again. His ceiling remains high and it’s the Suns, which is always a good thing. But you’re better off spending the $200 more and grabbing Rose. You shouldn’t be hurting for cash on Sunday because there are not many high salary options across the lineup. Diagnosis: An option.
