Players costing $6,667 or under

Darren Collison (vs CHA – $6,100): Needs 26.1 fantasy points. Collison had 31.1 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Saturday. With Oladipo struggling to score the basketball, Collison has had to step up for the Pacers. And he’s handled himself well. This is a good matchup as I know the Pacers offense will show up against this Hornets defense. Collison should get you value if nothing else. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Derrick White (vs LAC – $5,800): Needs 24.8 fantasy points. White had 24.7 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Jan. 18. He’s been down a bit in the last couple of game which is slightly concerning, but the minutes and opportunities will continue to be there for him. And he always does a bit of everything. The matchup is good given how the Clippers are struggling. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (at SA – $3,600): Needs 15.4 fantasy points. SAG was up to 42.1 fantasy points against the Warriors on Jan. 18. He had seemingly hit a rookie wall prior to that game. Maybe it was a bounce back performance but I think a lot of it had to do with circumstances due to the injury to Lou Williams. If Lou is out once again, SAG will be in a good position. Diagnosis: Take with confidence if Williams is out.
