Players costing over $6,667

Devin Booker (at MIN – $8,100): Needs 34.7 fantasy points. Booker had 50.9 fantasy points against the Hornets on Saturday. If the Suns are down their entire frontcourt, Booker will be tasked with doing even more. The Timberwolves aren’t good and Booker should be able to get his usual scoring and passing numbers in this one. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a very high ceiling.

Victor Oladipo (vs CHA – $7,800): Needs 33.4 fantasy points. Oladipo had 38.6 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Saturday. He’s not scoring well right now but he is making up that value by getting assists, rebounds and steals. The matchup is a good one for him because the Hornets defense is not good. And Oladipo is too good to keep struggling in this same manner. The lid will come off at some point. And there are positive signs coming into this one. Diagnosis: A bit cold but a high ceiling and I have a good feeling about him in this game.

Andrew Wiggins (vs PHO – $6,700): Needs 28.7 fantasy points. I don’t know what you’re getting from Wiggins. He’s been more miss than hit this season but he does have a high scoring ceiling. And the Suns are a great matchup. But he’s so passive and this feels like it’s going to be a strong night for guys like Rose and Towns while Wiggins just kind of blends in and disappoints. Diagnosis: Good ceiling but also Andrew Wiggins.
