High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Jaren Jackson Jr (vs NO – $6,100): Needs 26.5 fantasy points. Triple J continues to be all over the place but this is a matchup I like for him with Anthony Davis out of the lineup. His minutes seem to be more guaranteed that JaMychal Green’s right now which is working to his favor. It’s possible that he ends up playing less than five minutes because the Memphis rotation has been tough to figure out but I’ll say he gets the minutes in this game given the circumstances. Diagnosis: Inconsistent but a good matchup and high ceiling.

Al-Farouq Aminu (at UTA – $5,800): Needs 25.2 fantasy points. Aminu was up to 33.6 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Jan. 18. He’s been over 28 fantasy points in three of his last four and his only down game was in a blowout against the Cavaliers. He gets plenty of minutes and can do a bit of everything. I’ve like his game all season and I see no reason to go against him now. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

PJ Tucker (at PHI – $5,500): Needs 23.9 fantasy points. As long as Capela is out of the lineup, you can keep taking Tucker with confidence. He’s been over 38 fantasy points in both games with Capela out of the lineup. He’ll have his hands full with the Sixers frontcourt but someone has to get those rebounds for the Rockets. And his defense will be there as the Sixers like to turn the ball over. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
