Players costing over $6,250

Kawhi Leonard (vs SAC – $9,300): Needs 42.2 fantasy points. It feels like weeks since Kawhi has played basketball but he’ll be back against the Kings. Maybe. I’ll believe it when I see it. Assuming he plays, he should have his usual Kawhi Leonard game. He’s been reliable all season and shown a high ceiling. The Kings aren’t a big game and there is some blowout risk in this one but Kawhi should do enough to at least hit value. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Montrezl Harrell (at DAL – $6,800): Needs 31.8 fantasy points. Harrell had just 24.5 fantasy points against the Spurs on Jan. 20. Even with the injuries, Harrell didn’t quite deliver like you would hope he would. He’s been down in his last few games and the minutes have not been there either. He had averaged 38.8 fantasy points in two games against the Mavericks this season, including 1.49 FPPM if you’re looking for some confidence in him. Diagnosis: Proven matchup and a high ceiling.

Pascal Siakam (vs SAC – $6,300): Needs 29.5 fantasy points. You typically know what you’re getting with Siakam. He’s been reliable all season and that shouldn’t change against the Kings. He had 29.75 fantasy points against them on Nov. 7 so even if he produces a similar game, he’ll be a solid addition Here. But he’s been better as the season has gone along and showed no real signs of slowing up. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
