High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,667

Russell Westbrook (vs POR – $12,500): Needs 53.3 fantasy points. Westbrook had just 39.5 fantasy points against the Knicks on Monday but it was a blowout so don’t be too concerned about it. He typically plays a reliable game and that reliable game always shows up against the Blazers. He’s averaging 53.6 fantasy points in his last five against Portland. You know what you’re getting from Westbrook and that won’t change on Tuesday. Diagnosis: Very Reliable with a high ceiling.

Damian Lillard (at OKC – $9,200): Needs 39.7 fantasy points. Lillard had 47.1 fantasy points against the Jazz on Monday. I’ll mention this now and probably mention it again. But while the Blazers always play the Thunder tough and the Thunder are an inconsistent top team, there are tough circumstances for the Blazers in this game. It’s a back-to-back where they had to travel after a late game. Meanwhile, the Thunder had an early game and were able to rest. Lillard is typically reliable with a high ceiling but there are some red flags in this one. Diagnosis: High ceiling and won’t lack for opportunities.

Kyle Lowry (vs SAC – $8,300): Needs 35.4 fantasy points. Based on the Kings being on a back-to-back and the way they played against the Nets on Monday and how good the Raptors are, there is a shot that this one turns into a blowout. But even in a blowout, Lowry should be reliable enough to get it done with his scoring and assist numbers. And if the game is competitive, even better. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling if the game turns out to be a close one.
