High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Karl-Anthony Towns (at LAL – $11,400): Needs 50.8 fantasy points. Towns has been over 60 fantasy points in his last two games. He took advantage of a depleted Suns frontcourt and now he gets just the Lakers frontcourt. Towns has been excellent as long as he stays out of foul trouble. And that’s always a concern with him but the Lakers don’t have a big who Towns should spend much time fouling. Unless Zubac turns in Shaq again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Jusuf Nurkic (at PHO – $9,500): Needs 42.3 fantasy points. You just read about the damage Towns did to the Suns. Well now Nurkic is going to get a chance to do that same kind of damage. He’s already a high ceiling guy with his scoring and rebounding ability but he’ll have no trouble feasting on a weak Suns squad. A blowout is in play but even in a blowout, he’s a reliable option. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Steven Adams (vs NO – $7,800): Needs 34.8 fantasy points. Adams has been reliable all season and his ceiling is higher in this game because the Pelicans are on a back-to-back and without Anthony Davis. Adams should have an easy time getting his points and rebounds in this one. The Pelicans defense isn’t good as is and with the way the Thunder offense has been, Adams will play a big role in the scoring. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
