High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Jerami Grant (vs NO – $6,200): Needs 26.7 fantasy points. Grant had 26 fantasy points against the Blazers on Jan. 22. The minutes are always there for him and he should have an easier time against the Pelicans on Thursday as they are on a back-to-back and will be without Anthony Davis. Grant does a bit of everything on most nights, which also helps his cause. Diagnosis: Fairly reliably with a decent ceiling.

Josh Jackson (vs POR – $5,300): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. Jackson could be in the starting lineup with Warren likely out. He was up to 51.5 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Jan. 22. When he gets extra minutes, he delivers. And he should get extra minutes and opportunities in this game with all the injuries to the Suns. The matchup isn’t great but I like Jackson’s game in this spot. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Dragan Bender (vs POR – $4,600): Needs 19.8 fantasy points. Bender has played well in his two starts with the Suns. Someone has to get those points and rebounds in the frontcourt for Phoenix and Bender is certainly that guy right now. The matchup is a tough one on Thursday as the Blazers have a good frontcourt but Bender remains at a solid salary given his minutes and recent production. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
