Players costing over $6,250

Nikola Vucevic (vs WAS – $9,700): Needs 46.2 fantasy points. Vucevic has been over 55 fantasy points in his last two games. He’s been very good this season for the Magic and now he gets the Wizards on a back-to-back. The Wizards don’t have much to offer in the frontcourt and Vucevic should be able to take advantage of them with his scoring and rebounding. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Rudy Gobert (vs MIN – $8,500): Needs 40.5 fantasy points. Gobert has been down in his last couple of games but I love this matchup for him. The Timberwolves are on a back-to-back and Gobert will log big minutes against the KAT. Gobert had 51.75 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Oct. 31. These are two different teams now, but the Jazz are still better. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

DeAndre Jordan (vs DET – $7,100): Needs 33.8 fantasy points. Jordan had 50.5 fantasy points against the Clippers on Jan. 22. It was the Clippers and he just finds ways to deliver against them. But without Drummond, I like this matchup for Jordan. He’s playing better as of late and the ceiling remains high given his ability to grab rebounds. Diagnosis: Inconsistent but a high ceiling.
