Players costing over $6,250

James Harden (vs TOR – $13,800): Needs 64.2 fantasy points. It’s James Harden. You can take him with confidence. I will say that there are red flags in this game because the Rockets aren’t actually a good team and the Raptors are a very good team. And Harden will be guarded a fair bit by Kawhi when the switches aren’t there. But I’m not doubting Harden at this point. Diagnosis: Ignore any warning signs. Just take Harden.

Jamal Murray (vs PHO – $7,100): Needs 33 fantasy points. Murray was a bust against the Jazz, finishing with just 13 fantasy points. He’s way too good to have a similar performance in this game, especially against the Suns. Murray has been on a reliable stretch so I’m going to chalk up the Jazz game to an off night and expect him to be better in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Buddy Hield (at MEM – $6,800): Needs 31 fantasy points. This is all about circumstances. If Fox is unable to play, Hield will see more playmaking responsibilities. He did well with his passing numbers against the Raptors and he’ll continue to get plenty of shooting opportunities. If Fox ends up playing, then look towards Josh Richardson or even Kris Dunn. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling if Fox is out.
