High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Eric Gordon (vs TOR – $5,300): Needs 24.2 fantasy points. Grodon had 29.5 fantasy points against the Knicks on Jen. 23. Whether the Rockets are competitive in this game might depend on how Gordon plays. When he’s good, the Rockets are competitive. When he’s not good, well, Harden can’t always do it by himself. I’m going to trust that he’ll be good in this game. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Terrence Ross (vs WAS – $5,100): Needs 23.3 fantasy points. Ross has an off night against the Nets and finished with just 12.25 fantasy points. But now his salary has lowered and he’s easier to fit into your lineup. And he gets the Wizards, who are on a back-to-back. Expect Ross to return to form in this game as his scoring ticks back up. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Joe Harris (vs NY – $4,900): Needs 22.4 fantasy points. No Dinwiddie should mean more minutes and opportunities for Harris. He’s one of their better offensive players and they should feature him more in the offense with Dinwiddie out. And he does a bit in other categories as well. Plus, it’s the Knicks. Harris should be able to get his numbers in a big way in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
