High Value C

Players costing $6,250 or under

Noah Vonleh (vs MIA – $6,200): Needs 28.8 fantasy points. Vonleh was up to 49.75 fantasy points against the Nets on Jan. 25. The Knicks rotation remains a mess but Vonleh looks to have his spot secured. Of course, that means he’ll probably get like 10 minutes in this game for no reason. But someone has to contribute in the Knicks frontcourt and Vonleh is certainly the best option right now. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Derrick Favors (at MIN – $5,100): Needs 23.7 fantasy points. Favors had 23 fantasy points in 23 minutes against the Timberwolves on Jan. 25. His minutes aren’t always there but even in limited minutes he finds ways to contribute. And he’s at a good salary either way. If nothing else, he’s a reliable option given the team he’s on, the matchup and the minutes he does get. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

Ivica Zubac (vs PHO – $4,800): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. Zubac had just 19.5 fantasy points in 21 minutes against the Timberwolves on Jan. 24. The good news is that he drew the start, which should mean more guaranteed minutes. And better news is that he’s playing the Suns. This should be an easy night at the office for Zubac, especially if the Suns still have zero going on with their frontcourt. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
