High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Justise Winslow (at NY – $6,400): Needs 27 fantasy points. Winslow was up to 39.4 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Jan. 25. He’s been a bit inconsistent during this recent run but he’s settled into a good salary and still has a high ceiling. And he gets to face the Knicks, who are just terrible. The scoring numbers should be there and I expect his assist numbers to tick up given the matchup. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Kelly Oubre Jr (at LAL – $6,000): Needs 25.3 fantasy points. Oubre is typically going to keep giving you value. He had 26.1 fantasy points against the Nuggets on Jan. 25. The minutes continue to be there for him and he can do a bit of everything. I love his energy and ability to contribute and this is a good matchup since the Lakers just don’t offer much of anything. Expect Oubre to step up in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Jeff Green (at SA – $4,600): Needs 19.4 fantasy points. Alright, I know what you’re thinking, “Jeff Green, really?” Yes, Jeff Green. He typically gets the minutes and he’s proven to have a high ceiling. And some random guy always steps up and makes an impact against the Spurs. Why shouldn’t that random guy be Jeff Green? The Spurs are going to do their best to limit Bradley Beal and I like Green’s ability to contribute in this game. Diagnosis: A gut feeling but he does have a good ceiling.
