High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Nikola Jokic (at MEM – $11,400): Needs 51.2 fantasy points. Jokic just can’t be stopped. Granted he had a favorable matchup with Joel Embiid missing for the Sixers. But the opponent hasn’t really mattered this season for Jokic. He’s been dominating. And even though this is a tough matchup, I fully expect Jokic to deliver once again. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Myles Turner (vs GS – $7,300): Needs 32.8 fantasy points. Turner was down to 30.1 fantasy points against the Grizzlies on Jan. 26. He played only 28 minutes in that game. His minutes should be back up in this one and I expect a much better outing from him, even if the Warriors are now a much tougher matchup with Cousins in the lineup. Turner has earned the benefit of the doubt with how he’s played this season. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Al Horford (vs BKN – $6,900): Needs 31 fantasy points. You can always go with DeMarcus Cousins in this spot as he’s probably more reliable than Horford. But Horford has been playing very well as of late and this is a good matchup for him with the Nets struggling a bit with their recent injuries. I’ll trust that Horford has turned his game around and will continue this recent run. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.
