FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – January 28, 2019
High Value SG
Players costing $6,667 or under
Malik Beasley (at MEM – $4,100): Needs 17.4 fantasy points. I’m torn between Beasley and Morris. With Murray out of the lineup, one of them will have the opportunity to step up. I’m just not sure which one it’ll be. I’m leaning towards Beasley just because I like him more but it could just as easily be Morris who has the big outing. Diagnosis: Should be reliable if nothing else just due to salary. Grab the guard in the starting lineup. I’m just not sure who it’ll be at the moment.
Jeremy Lamb (vs NY – $5,900): Needs 25.1 fantasy points. Lamb had 22.3 fantasy points against the Bucks on Jan. 25. He’s been a bit up-and-down in recent contests but he’s getting the Knicks on a back-to-back here so I fully expect him to deliver. He had 35.3 fantasy points against the Knicks on Dec. 14. And if Walker is out of the lineup it should mean more opportunities for Lamb. He’s reliable if nothing else. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Andre Iguodala (at IND – $4,300): Needs 18.3 fantasy points. Iguodala has been at 23 fantasy points in his last two games. I continue to love him as a low-cost option because the minutes are there and he does a bit of everything. Plus he shares the court with a lot of talent, making it easy for him to chip in. At this price, you’re getting at least value from him in this game and he’ll probably be nicely over. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
