Players costing $6,250 or under

Otto Porter Jr (vs CLE – $6,200): Needs 27.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.75 fantasy points against San Antonio. OPJ has evened out a bit in his last four games. But I still like him coming off the bench and he gets plenty of minutes and opportunities. Most importantly, it’s the Cavaliers. The Cavaliers stink and the Wizards seem to have some signs of life since they lost John Wall. OPJ will get you value if nothing else. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Cedi Osman (vs WAS – $5,200): Needs 23.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34 fantasy points against Chicago. Cedi has been playing great in recent contests. He’s doing a bit of everything which helps his overall value. The Wizards have turned things around a bit but their defense still has plenty of question marks. And someone has to score and rebound for the Cavaliers. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

DeMarre Carroll (vs CHI – $4,600): Needs 20.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.25 fantasy points against Boston. Carroll has been solid for the Nets in recent games and now he gets the Bulls. It’s a back-to-back for the Nets but I’m not too concerned about that given that they are at home and they get to play the Bulls. Carroll is at a nice salary given his minutes and usual production. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
