High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Rudy Gay (vs PHO – $6,000): Needs 25.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 26.2 fantasy points against Washington. With DeRozan out, Gay will have to continue to up his game. And he’s been playing well all season even with DeRozan playing. And now he gets the Suns. The Suns are the worst team in the league for a reason and the Spurs are the Spurs for a reason. Gay will get his usual numbers. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Cedi Osman (vs WAS – $5,400): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.6 fantasy points against Chicago. Cedi is looking like his early-season self, which means he’s the best player in the league again. As mentioned earlier, the Wizards are playing better but they still have defensive issues. And Cedi will continue to get his opportunities because the Cavaliers need anything they can get in this game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

DeMarre Carroll (vs CHI – $4,700): Needs 19.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25 fantasy points against Boston. I love Carroll at this salary and with this matchup. You can take him as a nice salary saver and get guaranteed value because the minutes and opportunities are always there for him on the Nets. And it’s the Bulls. It should be an easy night for Carroll in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
