48. . Offensive Tackle. Alabama. Jonah Williams. 5. player

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were another team that struggled to collect wins in 2018, as they managed only five under head coach Dirk Koetter. Koetter will not be back with the team in 2019, as he was fired after the season, and will be replaced with a guy who was one of the better head coaches in football during his time with the Arizona Cardinals.

Bruce Arians is officially out of retirement, although it was only a one-year hiatus, and will now be tasked with turning around the career of quarterback Jameis Winston. Arians worked wonders with his quarterbacks during his time in the desert, and has a nice project on his hands when it comes to the fifth-year starter.

The head coaching job in Tampa Bay came with the caviat that you had to have Winston as your starting quarterback, so the team would be wise to bring in players to protect him. When it comes to the 2019 NFL Draft class, Jonah Williams is the top offensive tackle, and would be a solid addition to this roster.

Williams has the ability to stay on the left side at the NFL level, and the Buccaneers definitely need some help up front on offense. Winston has the talent to be a very good quarterback in the league, but he will need help if he is ever going to reach his potential. Arians can help him do just that, and Williams would be an anchor on the offensive line.
