High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Bojan Bogdanovic (at WAS – $5,500): Needs 25 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22.25 fantasy points against Golden State. It was a rough outing for the Pacers against the Warriors but the Warriors are just unstoppable. The Pacers will be better against the Wizards because the Wizards are not the Warriors. Pretty simple, right? He’s been a reliable option with Oladipo out. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Marcus Smart (vs CHA – $5,200): Needs 24 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Smart is inconsistent with a high ceiling on most nights but with Kyrie out of the lineup, he turns into a more reliable option because he takes more of the point guard duties. So if Kyrie is out of the lineup, you can count on Smart to deliver at least value. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Malik Beasley (at NO – $4,200): Needs 19.4 fantasy points LAST GAME – 29.75 fantasy points against Memphis. With Murray out of the lineup, Beasley will continue to see strong minutes off the bench. And the matchup is a good one with the state of the Pelicans defense and them being on a back-to-back. He should have another strong outing in this one. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
