High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

John Collins (at SAC – $7,900): Needs 36.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34 fantasy points against LA Clipper. I’m still not feeling Collins at this higher salary because he has proven that he can consistently hit this number. But this is a good opportunity for him because the Kings are a great matchup. And we know Collins has a very high ceiling. I’ll call him reliable in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Al Horford (vs CHA – $7,000): Needs 32.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.75 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Horford has been over 44 fantasy points in three straight games. He’s been a monster for the Celtics and him returning to form has helped the Celtics turn things around. Trust him to stay hot. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Lauri Markkanen (at MIA – $6,700): Needs 30 fantasy points LAST GAME – 48.25 fantasy points against Brooklyn. Speaking of guys who are hot. Markkanen stayed hot on Tuesday night. The matchup is tough, especially on a back-to-back, but Markkanen is shooting well and chipping in with rebounds. So until I see him slipping, I’ll continue to trust him. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
