High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Bojan Bogdanovic (at WAS – $5,600): Needs 23.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 19.6 fantasy points against Golden State. Once again, just write off any bad game against the Warriors. They are unstoppable against just about any team, especially a team shorthanded like the Pacers. I still like him at this salary and against this matchup because he’s a guy who can step up and do a bit of everything. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Nicolas Batum (at BOS – $5,100): Needs 21.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.2 fantasy points against New York. Batum has played well in recent outings for the Hornets and maybe he’s becoming a reliable player? Probably not. But maybe? This will be a tough test for him because he’s a good salary given his usual minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Dorian Finney-Smith (at NY – $4,600): Needs 19.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29 fantasy points against Toronto. DFS is a nice energy guy off the bench for the Mavericks. He’s posted some strong outings, including his last two games where he’s been over 27 fantasy points. And now he gets the Knicks. He’s a nice salary saver who should overdeliver. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
