14. Gabrielle Union (and Dwyane Wade), Nebraska Cornhuskers

There are many, many power couples in the world of celebrities as they date and marry one another. However, one of the strongest, yet under the radar, duos that we have right now is actress Gabrielle Union and NBA star Dwayne Wade. And you can bet that they can be seen throughout the college football season supporting the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Union is a native of Nebraska and has been a fan of the Huskers for her entire life. And to be sure, it’s not just a superficial fandom by any stretch of the imagination. If you follow her on Twitter during a given season, you will no doubt see her following along with whatever is going on with the Huskers, be it good or bad. The actress is anything but a fair-weather fan, sticking by her favorite team through all of the ups and downs.

By proxy, her husband Dwyane Wade has since become a pseudo-Nebraska fan in the process. While he played his college basketball for the Marquette Golden Eagles, you can still see the Miami Heat star showing love for the Huskers alongside Union whenever the football season rolls around. Talk about being a good, supportive husband.

The once proud Cornhuskers have certainly fallen from college football grace in recent years, but the hope is that Scott Frost, who just completed his first season as the head coach in Lincoln, can turn things around. Whether he does or not, you can bet on Union (and Wade with her) being there toe pull for Nebraska all the way.
