11. Ashton Kutcher, Iowa Hawkeyes

There’s no doubt that Ashton Kutcher is one of the most curious actors in terms of his career. He came to immense prominence as Michael Kelso on That 70s Show and has had numerous big-time roles in movies since then, but has never seemed to become a megastar for his acting. Even still, he’s become a massive celebrity and one that has nothing but love for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

A native of Cedar Rapids, Kutcher has often been seen in the sporting world supporting his favorite teams. In the realm of professional sports, he’s most famously a supporter of the Chicago Bears — and is surely still feeling the pain of the Double Doink from Cody Parkey. When it comes to the college ranks, though, the Iowa native is all about his Hawkeyes.

Kutcher has often been seen at both Iowa football and basketball games throughout the years. Perhaps the most infamous connection of the actor to the Hawkeyes athletics program, though, was that he was part of an NCAA rules violation at one point because he and his then-wife Demi Moore met with some Iowa basketball recruits, which of course is not allowed.

While that’s definitely a black mark on his fandom, the rest of it is all gravy for Kutcher in how he supports his favorite team. Not only does he appear truly passionate about the Hawkeyes, but he’s also a big-time donor in terms of the money he puts into the university and program. Major props to him for putting his money where his fandom is.
